What we do
Six steps, one point of contact
Plans, construction, finishing, furnishing, setup and ongoing care. Take the whole path or only the steps you need; we manage everything and you deal with one person the whole way.

Plans and design
Layout and design plans for the space: where walls, desks, beds and storage go, and how it will all look.
- Step 2
Construction and build-out
Walls, flooring, electrical and plumbing, built by our licensed partner contractors and managed by us.
Design and construction are performed by independent licensed partners under their own licenses and insurance; Set & Kept coordinates the project.
- Step 3
Finishing
Paint, lighting, trim and fixtures, so every room looks finished before the furniture arrives.
- Step 4
Furnishing
Three looks × three levels. We choose the pieces, source them and schedule delivery, including appliances and office tech.
- Step 5
Setup
Delivery, assembly and placement, appliances installed, and office tech set up: computers, printers and copiers.
- Step 6
Ongoing care
Cleaning and upkeep on a weekly, every-other-week or monthly schedule, so it stays the way we left it.

Starting with an empty space?
We take it from bare walls to a finished room. Our partner designers draw the plans, our licensed partner contractors do the build-out, and the finishing gets done before a single piece of furniture comes in. You have one point of contact managing the whole project, start to finish.

Every office and apartment starts with two simple choices. We put together the pieces, arrange delivery and make sure it all fits the room. Any set can include appliances for the kitchen and laundry, and office tech for every desk.

We coordinate delivery, assemble the furniture, install the appliances, set up the office tech, put every piece where it belongs and take the packaging away, so the space is usable when we leave.
